Our client is looking for a young talent, who will create a memorable guest experience… Role will oversee 2 restaurants and other F&B outlets, and will report to GM.
• Excellent customer relation skills, a true host, who enjoys talking to the guests and promoting his food
• Culinary school background
• Experience in small boutique operations and/or free standing restaurants
• Background and knowledge of all Kitchen operations and procedures
• Up-to-date with latest Cuisines, Food ingredients and trends
• Strong in food cost and stock control
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Excellent communication skills
• Young, strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
