We are looking for a passionate individual to become the Director of Food & Beverage in one of the finest resorts in Fiji.
Previous resort experiences are essential, ideally with knowledge of setting up new restaurants and bars for a high-end clientele.

We are looking for the Director of Food & Beverage to join the team of one of the finest luxury boutique resorts.
Our candidate must be European/Australian educated and/or trained and should have worked in luxury resorts previously, ideally on remote island locations.
The ideal candidate should be a creative and passionate leader with strong technical, training and communication skills – a true F&B professional who knows how to deliver results and get the best from his team.
The property is in the process of adding some new restaurants and bars and the newly appointed individual will play a major part in the success and creative direction of this new venues.
Outstanding knowledge in beverage management, and wines, in particular New Zealand and Australian wines is of great advantage for consideration by our client.
